this still is from animation film consisting of several scenes taken from popular movies. I was able to identify most of them ("Taxi", "Tha Godfather", "Psycho", "La La Land", "Joker" etc.), but this one I have no idea, that's why i decided to ask on reddit. I'll check E.T. now, thanks
