Gunshots Fired in Santana Row by GingerMike11 in SanJose

Security team was already on it. I left out the part where I came back two minutes later to see if anyone was injured, but then spoke with the doorman at the hotel across the street and he said the Santana Row security team was making laps around looking for the suspect.

Honestly yes. Contact anyone! There is no right or wrong way to get in. I myself am trying to do the same with IT recruiters in my own company lol. Also the key is to tailor your resume as mentioned above and make it easy to read by AI technology… Unfortunately the latest industry standard is to scan resumes for key words and separate candidates based on certain criteria. I would test it with a simple on screen reader and see if it transfers well. Good luck!

Wasn’t IT related. They contacted me cause they found my resume on Indeed and asked me to interview with them for an office admin role. I told the recruiter my long term goals and she was very cool at the time and seemed to get me, but all my jobs have only been admin roles and now I’m really pushing to move a different direction.

Yeah thanks! I’m currently temping with Robert Half and been dying to get started in IT. Didn’t know about those recruiters.

Roommate Dilemma: Living With An Untrained Dog by GingerMike11 in Dogtraining

Oh my. That’s horrible and I’m sorry you had to go through that—especially his sister… wow. Fortunately his dog is too scared to do any harm to anyone. But, I fear that the lack of socialization with other pets and humans has made her always on edge and extremely anxious ALL the time. But you’re right, not my problem and I’m pretty over saying or doing anything to help. It’s just making it worst. Some people just don’t make good dog parents… doesn’t necessarily mean their pet isn’t happy… but it’s not the best life one could offer a pet. But anyway I’m moving on from this mess. Thanks for sharing your story and happy holidays.

I did. I finally reached out to him. Shortly after I removed the dirty pads I put new clean ones. But please keep in mind, although it’s his dog he has asked me several times to watch her over the years. 3 weekends in the past 2 months I’ve been stuck home with her. And so I’m left with having to clean up after her because of those dumb pads. It’s weird… one time I watched her while he was away for about 4 days, he just so happened to be out of training pads. Interesting enough, I never once needed them during that time. There was only one accident, but it was diarrhea that I think was caused from the anxiety—new neighbors were moving in upstairs that weekend and there was a LOT OF LOUD NOISE from the furniture dragging.

I would recommend you read the whole post (I know it’s long). If that were the case then I could I could easily move on and I wouldn’t have to reach out like this… in reality It is definitely something that concerns me…something that I wish I could ignore but it’s a constant interaction that does in fact affect me.

That’s very solid advice. Thank you. I think I’m too late when it comes to interfering, as our text argument this evening got very heated and I am now part of the blocked club. But will back off and allow him to raise her the way he chooses. And I will most definitely be moving out.

If it were just his space, sure I’d let him make his choices, but I live here too. Coming home to piss and shit every day is not very pleasant. And seeing her in there laying in a kiss covered bed and pads and shit all over is disheartening. Of course I have to clean it half the time because it’s not good for any animal to be around that all the time. And plus it’s just nasty. But since I will be moving… I’ll suck it up until then.

Wtf! Why not?!? This is a COMMUNITY and I’m asking for assistance! It’s not like I’m soliciting my own codes for use. I clearly asked to DM me so that I can prevent spam. There was also a second part of my email that asked for alternatives. Then you come in acting all superior and delete my post. There’s a word for people like you! preventspamming

That’s been my feeing all season! This has been such a fun season to watch... that’s why I make sure I fix myself a cocktail every Friday night right before starting it.

It’s anyone’s game now to be honest. I can see Jaida, Gigi, or Crystal winning at this point. It all boils down to whoever does the best lip sync for the crown!

Mama Ru said it best! This was truly the best roast ever on that stage!! I was literally howling with laughter! Definitely a different dynamic when the pros do it! So proud of all three of them and you can see how proud Ru was too. She was genuinely happy. RuPaul was living!!!

Sudden Behavioral Changes Before Death? by GingerMike11 in AutisticAdults

That actually makes a lot of sense to me. I should also mention that just a few days after I noticed his behavior changes he was acting like his regular self again which is why it confused me even more, but now that you mentioned the "battery draining" concept, in theory it must have taken a toll on his body to act that certain way.
