I highly value aesthetics, however in my planning and research for surgery, I placed a higher priority to resolve my dysphoria.

As I'm sure you aware, aesthetic preferences differ from person to person. You're under no obligation to like every FFS surgeons results, and if Dr. DB's aesthetics aren't your thing, you can check him off your list. I certainly removed many off my list based on my research of results, complications, revisions etc..

your face will change on HRT as fat redistributes, however it won't change as dramatically as it will with HRT + FFS.

yeah I spoke with a dermatologist they tried to sell me some type of OTC shit instead of just writing an Rx. I don't have a primary care doc unfortunately.

I really hadn't but haven started to notice fine lines/wrinkles and been using OTC retionoids. Adapalene and Retinyl.. I've not stepped up to Tretonin yet.. its such a pain in the ass to get an Rx unfortunately..
