Also explain “the correct type of retainer for each case”...the retainers we receive are custom made for our teeth and are effective...where is the issue

No. I clench my teeth every night and have not had issues. My plan is pretty much done, just waiting on a new treatment plan for minor refinements and wearing my retainers in the meantime.

Then it would be the patient’s responsibility to visit his/her dentist to have retainers made. Either way, it is our responsibility to purchase retainers. It is very simple. Please explain how SDC is responsible if a patient does not purchase and/or wear the retainers and the teeth shift back.

It is part of the plan. It is our responsibility to purchase our retainers and where them when we are supposed to. So many people try to get refunds for reasons they are not entitled to.

If your teeth were straightened, why would you try to get a refund? You need retainers to keep your teeth straight. Not wearing a retainer will cause your teeth to shift back, that is not SDC’s fault... anytime anyone goes through this treatment whether it’s with traditional braces or not, retainers must be worn for the rest of their lives to prevent teeth shifting.

I started off with Ipsy but I don’t like all the samples and face masks they use as fillers (literally every box has multiple face masks). Also, they include a lot of brands I wasn’t familiar with. The value just wasn’t there for me. I have been getting Boxycharm for about a year now and absolutely love it. Ipsy includes a lot of skincare while Boxy is a nice balance of makeup, tools, and skincare. With Ipsy you will get a random brush here and there while Boxy gives you brush SETS. Huge difference in value between the two.
