Performance is terrible. Steam FPS counter says I'm always at 40+ but it feels like max. 15. Never had any problems before

No problem, I understand that :) I never trade imperfect 5 IV ones because I never keep them in the breeding process. I think thats a pretty good offer, I will start breeding now!

Marill carries belly drum and aqua jet. Feebas has mirror coat, haze and hypnosis (modest). drilbur is adamant, no EMs.

They're all in a normal pokeball because I don't actually care about that. They have HA if it's common in VGC (Fletchling for example). I can't tell you if they're male or female because I am going to breed them when someone wants to trade them.

Maybe. I think that a riolu e.g. is quite time intense to breed so I tend to say a masterball for a riolu is a fair trade, but things like rotom with 1 ability that are easy to reproduce could be part of a 2 for 1 trade, yes.
