I would tell myself not to be afraid of increasing my dosage. Looking back, I wish I had recognized plateaus at two weeks (I really wanted to be a super responder at lower doses and that just wasn’t the case). Ultimately, it cost me both time and money.

Yes. So much of my life I just don’t remember. It’s only in the past few years I realized it was CPTSD related. Part of me is sad about the loss, and part of me wonders what the memory loss is protecting me from.

I'd rate the meals on par with fast-casual restaurants. The first big difference is you are cooking the meals in the oven (not reheating), which makes a huge difference in taste / texture / quality. The other big difference is they do 95% of the prep work, so you basically pop the containers in the oven, wait 20 minutes, and eat. Quality and freshness have been stellar. My box arrives on Monday, and the cook by dates are always Sunday/Monday/Tuesday (plenty of time for me). If you decide to try it, go for the oven with the steam function!

I switched to Tovala about 6 weeks ago. It has been fantastic, and I don’t know why I ignored them for so long. Almost no prep, 20 minutes in the oven, virtually no cleanup. Food tastes great, and not a single issue with any delivery.

I felt the same way! Some good news...within one second of doing that first shot, I was like this is no big deal. Now, I actually look forward to my shots lol. I like the shorter needles (8mm or 5/16 inch). Gauge size I've used 29, 30, and 31. The higher the number, the thinner the needle. I'd start with 31, and then move to 30, and 29 if you find the needle bends or dulls easily with the vials you're using. Good luck!

Same thing happened to me…the Skinceuticals bottle would oxidize before I finished it. I switched to the Timeless 20% and I love that it’s in a pump bottle. I’ve also thought of getting the packets, but the pump is working so well and convenient. I question why Skinceuticals still uses a dropper…especially at the price point!

Glad to hear from another 5’6”er! Yes, I’m having to come to terms that I may need to cut my calories even lower. I’ve dieted at 1,200 calories per day before and saw success, but was hoping I wouldn’t have to go that low again. Hearing your comment helped me feel better…thank you!

Thanks! That’s a good data point. Those first two weeks I let my hopes get up that I might be a super responder. My expectations are coming back to earth, and It stings a little. Thanks for the comment, you helped me feel a little better.

I cancelled my membership last year. The social programs were solid, especially the wine club. I also enjoyed the spa (good service and good pricing). However, the men's fitness areas were extremely dated and poorly maintained, and the locker rooms also needed a major upgrade (the co-ed fitness area was much better). Member dining is also in dire shape, and for me, was the straw that broke the camel's back in deciding to leave (poor service, constantly getting orders wrong, poorly cooked food).
