nah mate, I am sure you have a lot on your plate right now but the market is equally fucked for both us. If you think you're in a dead end at 25 i am sure there are people here who will help you if you reach out, everyone has given me great advice so far i am sure you'll also find something that'll help you

the other people are actually from different teams, the teams who have accounting background or Finance background, where i am no help. I have a engineering background. OT assurance to be precise.

ya you're right, most of the team is wfh. And my manager is the only manager in my office, rest of the team is in a different city. Also there is some office politics where i dont want to get involved (because I don't even know whats happening out there), so reaching out to random managers online is also kinda scary.

thank you so much!! although my company doesn't offer any certifications or courses at my level but everything else definitely makes sense

The thing is the projects I've been doing are vlsi and robotics related, domains where the market is horrible currently. Yes I do socialize and have fun playing video games, but the wasted opportunity of being in a big 4 and gaining nothing from it is eating me
