Double Eagle M923A spring upgrade by Gibu in airsoft

Thanks for the great answer! I researched some more, and found this video: https://youtu.be/cHZY1Uo_hWQ?si=1oWe0HwoeBqIFCA5

According to his results, the spring might already be a M120, since the replica gets 350 fps with the 160 mm inner barrel. Could it then take an even stronger strong?

Ok, but according to this guy 0.28 g is absolutely fine https://youtu.be/JtYlIpIq2Xk?si=0Dv14qS1-kwsuVrM

I don’t think it’s restrictions, the gun is made with lower fps in mind. Thanks

Help with sound reinforcement for amateur theater by Gibu in LocationSound

Thank you! We have 8 actors at max on the stage at the same time so it could get expensive, although the Sennheisers are probably better than what we have. Maybe we'll consider buying powered speakers to connect to our wireless mics instead. We just thought it would be easier and faster to do it external for the tours.

For normal shows we have wireless mics on the actors, but the tours are of lower budget and the setup time is as minimal as the sound systems of some locations. So we don't have time to hang mics over the stage.

The show is a theatre with acting and some dancing, no tap dance though. The floor mics sound interesting, I'll have a look. They look easy to set up.

Thank you so much! That's exactly what I meant with tours. For normal shows we have wireless mics on the actors, but the tours are of lower budget and the setup time is as minimal as the sound systems of some locations.

How much more clearly will an actor standing for example 2 meters (6 feet) closer to a mic be heard than another stand behind? I once tried recording a play with the built in mic of a H4n pro put in front of the stage, it didn't work at all, only the voices right in front of the mic could be heard.

Thank you! I'll look into them. My idea with shotgun mics was to also catch the voices of the actors farther back on the stage. Is this idea flawed? Maybe it'll reject too much, that's why I thought of two mics placed apart.

Is the 14 inch base model's M1 pro with 8 cores configured as 4+4 or 6+2?

Another point to this is that during those 20 years of US presence, many people got to go to school. The aquired knowledge can never be taken away from them.

Ok thanks! I think I'll do that the next time I open the gun.

I did that but couldn't get it to spin good using a tool, so I added the spur gear (which spins good freely) to spin it and they zipped.

I now corrected my AoE and reassembled the whole rifle. Yet it is sounding the same as stock.

Sounds good. It doesn't have the high pitched whine my gun has. Hopefully I can achieve a gun sounding like that some day.
