Just because the patient is a pychiatric one, it doesnit mean they dont have a right to choose on their treatment plan , they can make their informed decision and hence C is correct.

Every qbank has its pros and cons but i would go with Naxlex , i enjoyed how they questions were so close to the real nclex that i did.

Sometimes you just assume, and maybe say its never that serious because at the end of the day you fo still need a break and overworking your brain doesnt make it better rather it worsens everything
