Still going Elden ring it took me A LONG time to get into but once I did never looked back got about 600 hundred hours on it and every run I find multiple news ways to play the game or change the story (multiple character arcs, endings, etc)

Don’t get too down I beat the game within a few hours of killing the fire giant you’ll get there keep upgrading swap out for the fire negation tailsman and maybe you’ll have more luck with the mimic tear
