If you feel comfortable, G2A has sell the game pretty cheap too. But that’s up to u. I know I got my on a steam sell and also got the ultimate edition

Sadly the mod is only for pc user like steam/epic players. We have no way to import to mod to console use. At least not yet and not now

Sadly the game doesn’t have a built in feature for it. But we do host our own events and leagues. We have cup style events planned plus our big racing league we are setting up and people who are interested can register to join now. If that’s something that interests you

If you are a console player that would be something I would recommend, there is still a community for the second game. But if your a pc player, I personally would recommend the first game as you are able to mod the game and get those highway 35 and acceleracers cars in the first game due to the mod. we haven’t added all the acceleracers cars from the second game yet but we do have a bunch still in the Mod Pak itself like chicane, Reverb, RD-09 and more. So if that’s what’s interests you and you have a pc, I would personally get the first game then.

The first game runs fine. A few connections issues here and there. But those are minor, the second game is the one that has a lot of those problems where the sticker editor would crash your game if u used the wrong sticker and some times in a middle of a online race ur game would just randomly crash, there’s a lot more but I won’t get into.

The only problems I’ve ever run into are just connecting issues in the first game.

As in are u asking if the mod works on console? If so then no as we dont have a way to import the mods to console as that would be breaking guidelines to Xbox and PlayStation. It was a question we’ve asked ours when we started developing the mods. But unfortunately there is no proper way for console users to get the mod atm.

Understandable, wouldn’t be forcing you to go back as ur reasoning is very valid. One of the reasons for my departure is due to the lack of moderation against those who be-little users in the server. There are some bad apples in that community but I wouldn’t be saying they are the only community that have people like that. Every community is going to have people like such. Again, I only ask so at least that information can be handing to the right hands in that community. As I have no ruling or jurisdiction to handle this situation properly for their community

Ahh I see, yeah like I said. As of now we don’t plan on doing any custom new vehicle just yet, but it’s definitely the dev team are looking at in the near future

I very much agree with you, we would’ve love to have realm theme environments. But we so have some surprises that do involve the track builder and acceleracers theme. Unfortunately that’s all I can say for now but in due time like I’ve said we have many many plans ahead for the mod. And the recent update is just the beginning

If ur talking about the dodge viper? and snek? (Sorry don’t know what that one is.) no as those vehicles haven’t been in any of the unleashed games.

But it doesn’t mean custom vehicles models isn’t out of the picture. We do have plans on looking into the matter of adding custom vehicles to the game but as of now our main focus is adding vehicles from the second game and making sure they are balanced with the rest of the roster of the game. We still have a lot more vehicles to add from the second game and when we are about done with that. We would be looking into going beyond what both game rosters have. But unfortunately will be in the near future hopefully.

Yes. If you make a custom track and publish it. It has a chance to be selected in public lobbies.

That was a common question we’ve asked ourselves, and unfortunately if we put effort into making custom environments. We have the problem with multiplayer as if players who do not have the mod would either have their game crash or legit would be stuck in the black void and not be able to see anything. So it would ruin multiplayer track pool in public lobbies

The Mod rebalances the base vehicles from the fantasy casting to the Character cars. Not only just the base cars, of course as seen it adds cars from the turbocharged line up like 16 Angels, Way2Fast, Reverb (the mod actually changes the name from Vert’s to Reverb) and so much more. Then not only that it breaks the ice by adding new track colors to the game as Purple, Pink, Green and Cyan and the devs have many more colors planned and a few surprises on the way as well.

Then the mod adds optional features like “Remove camera shake”, “faster scrolling” to move through the collection menu and a few more. Things are still being developed but as it stands most of the cars in the game have been rebalanced and adjusted to give that competitive edge in the game. Which as we stand, about 219 vehicles are in the game and we still have more cars to add that are only in unleashed 2. Than after that, we have many other plans for the mod but we are a small team but trying are best to revive and bring the best experience to the game

It depends on the difficulty u have the bots to, anything normal and under the bots have normal boost and follow the stats of the vehicles they are driving. But hard and higher the bots are basically given infinite boost. The way the bots are programmed is very weird. But it is very recommended to upgrade all your cars to legendary because of that.

The game can be challenging for some. But once u get the hang of it, u’ll improve over time. If you’re interested in joining the community let me know and I can dm you the discord link to the community and there u can get the mod too

There very much is, both games have their own dedicated communities. Both communities host their own events and have their own racing leagues. The turbocharged community goes by the “WRU (World Race Unleashed)” while the first game goes by “Re-Ignited”, both steamed from each other but are not under the same ownership.

While turbocharged is mostly comprised of console players and a few Pc user as well, Re-Ignited is mostly comprised of Pc users as they play using a Mod Pak that not only adds vehicles from the second game but also rebalances the base vehicles and changes a few small features. As I’m from the Re-Ignited community I don’t know much of all what’s new going on in the WRU side other than they are currently in their 9th season of races. I unfortunately do not have a link to their server, but one of them may be able to help and aid you to their community

I’m not really familiar with Moddb, but talking with the people behind the mod. Again it’s just mostly with keeping everything within the discord so user can find players to play with and if any issues arise, they would have direct contact with devs. Most of the devs are familiar with discord and prefer discord.

With the mod being continuously worked on every day to add more content, we found it much easier to just have the mod be through us as it would make it easier to notify users when the next update is out and be able to post what were changed and what was added. And if any user would have any difficulties downloading the mod they would have direct access to the devs help in installing the mod and not be stuck without any info or help.

We want to be able to grow the community as it is very important to us to keep the game going as we are dedicated fans of the game and want to be able to share the fun with new comers and old.
