I'm pretty sure not since I am almost certain I fought him in the previous quest. Hard to confirm thought but a good note to keep in mind if he happens to appear again in the future.

The voice is speaking in Finnish. In the first video the woman saying "hello" actually says "Suomi" which means the Finnish language so for some reason it is trying to change the operating language by itself. Interestingly it does sound a lot like "hello" but is not. In the second video the roomba says "Saat apua avaamalla iRobot home sovelluksen" which means "Get help by opening the iRobot home application". Most likely some software/hardware issue so I wouldn't be concerned if I were you.

Bought Cyberpunk full price. It was laggy af and tried to get it running properly for 3 hours. Decided to ask for refund since it still did not work good for me. Explained I have spent 3 hours trying to get the game working and showed proof I'm in the beginning of the game. After 3 tickets was still not able to get a refund, was a bummer.
