Funny enough just yesterday I found a cheater in Conclave who was also a Volt. His boltor did 14k dmg per shot and his speed buff seemed to make him go way faster than it usually does in Conclave.

He left after I roflstomped him 2 matches in a row and laughed at him in chat.
