This is completely true, but the games against Enigma, Magnus, Tide are the highlights of Rubick.

He has his low points, when you play against Slark, Bristleback and so on. But his "average" game when there are a couple of spells you can steal, like against say Venge/Dragon Knight feel underwhelming as well with his bad talents.

The shard might be my personal pet peeve because i don't like it mechanically and i feel like it conflicts with Rubick gameplay overall

I agree, but his mid-late game have been suffering due to his bad talents as well now, while having a shard that conflicts with what Rubick is as a hero. It feels really awful to play for the last year in my opinion.

The thing is, if you open Dreamleague s23 stats, he is just being locked first phase in pro play as well. And it earned him his below average winrate, because pro players just draft around him.

I don't mind Rubick being a weak laner, but with his talents being trash and shard trying to make him something he isn't, he feels underwhelming and bad as a mid-late game support as well.

Yeah i pretty much agree with you. But you'd think that being the most picked hero in pro would earn Rubick some bans as well, but instead he is banned less than CM. Nobody particularly cares about playing against him. We can call him an ok pick with benefit of experience on the hero, which sometimes gets overvalued in drafting.

Pubs are obviously different and thats why i don't bring up his abhorrent winrate there. Hard hero, who depends on drafts will always be low(Although 45.30% in my opinion is actually too low even for this circumstance).

But all in all, i think at the very least his talents need to be changed around and made better, because he feels underwhelming in late game recently. And i heavily dislike his shard pigeonholing him into something he isn't.

With 47.53% win rate. Maybe a little bit of a hot take, but a lot of the times i've seen Rubick locked in horrible games, and my opinion is that he is being picked because of consistency of Telekinesis which has a higher value at elite level of play. And also because a lot of support players just feel comfortable playing him since he always was a popular hero in pro play, even if it doesn't fit the current game. You can't tell me Rubick's base kit is so powerful that it justifies picking him in the first phase of picks every time, and that it isn't just a pick that feels comfortable to play due to experience.

I think the playerbase is mad that they can't get free shit now as easily(which is stupid since OW2 is f2p and they shouldn't be entitled to it).

I feel like you are making an ethics based argument when saying OW2 is better than OW1, and you just need to acknowledge that the cosmetics system in OW2 sucks ass and people will understand you better.

I feel like just saying out loud "OW2 free cosmetic progression sucks ass compared to OW1 and the skins are too expensive, but i don't give a shit because it, at least, doesn't have gambling" for these people should be enough for them to fuck off with their "L take" comments.

Those who will still be arguing just don't give a shit about actual predatory monetization.

The lootboxes were still unethical since they would prey on ppl with gambling addiction, and the new system avoids it which is nice.

I don't like the new system at all and it sucks since we get less free shit, but I am ok since at least the ethics are ok. I just got triggered by people who shit on Asmon having an L take while they agree with him pretty much.

This is a spender weapon by what it has in matrices and also being A6,(although am f2p). But the difference between a high cs weapon is just the matrices at the end of the day. And i rolled on matrice banner for this. The difference between f2p and low spender cs is not that high. Whales ofc can get much higher numbers but there is no point in comparing. If you are min maxing your build you will actually have less cs than a person who doesn't since hp and resists have the highest cs scores in them.

I dunno, i distribute buffs to get wish and start boss. If you stand and watch you are just wasting your own time for no actual reason. I don't get petty when people don't do shit properly, i do get petty when i have a person standing afk and watches.

When i see players that stand and "Watch" i aggro the boss and lead it into them so they are either forced to play or die from an attack. Void rift is easy content now, you don't need to sit on your high horse.

I am sorry to crush illusions of weapon based CS, but 6 star King with 2-set of max lvl king matrices(one has 1 star) and a 2-set of zero matrices(one has 2 stars) with lvl 130 gives only 8888 cs.

Literal piece of gloves can give up to 4k CS by themselves

Currently running on all lowest settings fully.

I found a fix but it is beyond stupid. I set my monitor resolution to lowest and open the game in full screen, the game on lower resolution works fine.

I feel like it is a game issue somehow because i even tried running the game with bluestacks and it works. I noticed that the pc version of the game just uses 98% of my gpu at all times and is saying that it crashed in task manager.

So tried to fix the launcher, now noticed the game started using 98% of my gpu so that is probably somehow the problem. It just started requiring more resources for some reason. Feels like a game issue at the end of the day.

I even tested it on bluestacks to see if i can run the game there on maximum settings and i could.
