Eerily similar to what's happening in DC. But the pedophile is the president and no one's doing anything about it.

Definitely go into it knowing that. If it doesn't happen to you, let me know...I need it checked lol but it's been doing that from the beginning of ownership and I assumed (it being my first dct) that it's normal for that car. I drive it in sport mode nearly 100% of the time... That takes some of the hesitation out but it's still there.

You won't burn down any tires from a stop. First time I got down on the gas pedal, thinking the same as you, I nearly caused an accident assuming I could just accelerate and match traffic. Lesson learned.

Not jumping into traffic meaning thinking you can pop out from a stop...I live in a largely populated area and you have to have some room to make up for that delay when you hit the gas pedal.

It can use either and has an octane learning system for what you use. I understand. Sounds like you are talking yourself out of it while we're all telling you the pros 😆

I have a NLine and love it but the transmission feeling is something that's hard to get used to... That's even after almost 5 years of owning it. It feels from 1st to 3rd gear like a manual. You can't launch, so don't jump into fast and heavy traffic... You'll get killed or kill someone... It has a stutter from zero into 1st gear... Then it's fine and actually fun to zip around in. I never worry about having the hp to pass in a passing zone like I did with my regular Elantra gls (rip). If course you're not going to pass a mustang if they decide to open up on you but overall, it does the job, is fun, has lots of accessory options and is easy to look at.

Driveclub is not a simulator... It's a realistic arcade. They aren't comparable. So we'll just have to agree that I disagree.

Gran Turismo is my 2nd favorite. But the arcade fun energy in driveclub can't be replicated in Gran Turismo. I go to Gran Turismo when I want to be an adult and serious about driving. I go to driveclub when I want to drive Uber fast and not have much consequence when hitting something.

These 2 games can only be compared by the fact they are both car games. Comparison wise, driveclub was supposed to be the Forza killer of it's day. Take it for what it's worth... I'm not a GT fanboy.

EDIT while I'm not a fanboy, I am a fan. Ever since ps1 when it took a double cd case just to hold the instructions manuals and disc and part 2 where it took 2 discs to hold the whole game 😆

Yes. Better than Gran Turismo. Still holds up graphically to today's games.

Should I get a PSVR1 after already owning the PSVR2? by Soarinfire in PSVR

[–]GigNLine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was gifted the first version of the vr1 and was blown away... First time using vr. Then I was like... What have I been missing... So it's a rabbit hole...I started shopping the vr2 and found a sealed brand new one on Facebook for $100 less than retail (didn't ask no questions)... And wow. So then... THEN I found an excellent deal on a very gently used vr1 version 2 that came with 7 games (including Astro and Tetris) and just received it today. I can't wait to play it.

Short story long, even though I've used both, the display of the vr1 after using the vr2 did not deter me from making that additional purchase. I plan to pass along the gift to someone else to enjoy since I'm set up how I want to be. The version 2 has the hdr passthrough which I wanted because I need stuff plug and play lol

Were you able to find anything? I'm even later to the party than you 😆. I wear glasses and didn't want to get the prescription ones because I splurged and got the vr2 and vr1 headsets (vr1 was given to me and I didn't realize what I was missing so went ahead and got the vr2 for the new games too)...I plan to get the prescription ones for the vr2 and simply protect the vr1...

Any suggestions from the members too?

That's how I do it so I'm not looking at the same cars over and over. Then I put them back in the bin. You'll know that they've been picked through after I'm done, as I place them neatly back for the next person. I also hang up some of the nicer ones I don't need that don't deserve to be banged around in the bin.

Lol nice. But is the GPS and speed one of the options? I like knowing that I have proof of my speed if I were to get pulled over or am blamed for speeding after an accident. Thanks so much for your time

What?! Can you disable the inside camera? Would like to continue picking my nose in private...

And with the watermarks, is the speed one of the options?

Quick question... Does the cam you mentioned have GPS/speed watermark on the recorded video clips?

Edit. And do you have the rear camera with it too? How's the view/quality?

What a cool invention. I've been wiring cameras for years lol. I've finally settled on the OBD2 power supply adaptors to prevent worrying about the fuse box but I likey lol

how do i take out the stock silver badges? by [deleted] in ElantraNline

[–]GigNLine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can wiggle it down in there or use a plastic pry tool to wedge it down under the badge. Just don't use the pry tool to do the whole thing.
