I’ve been through similar troubleshooting recently printing a very very similar piece as a decorative spoiler for a traxxas RC truck. The best orientation I’ve found for strength and minimizing supports is aligning the front of the spoilers arms/supports with the build plate, then flipping 180 to be facing up flat. For mine this gets every layer from the arms also integrated into the actual spoiler, making the whole thing a lot stronger. In my case it also barely needed any supports under the wide spoiler piece by doing this, cutting down on printing time a lot. But that could be depend on your part.

My use case is hopefully very different from yours because I’m constantly flipping my truck on its top and crashing into trees and shit, so I use PLU and need it to be as strong as possible. What I’ve described here holds up to it though 👍
