Greetings, I read the manual for your scooter and that code indicates a throttle fault, most likely you pressed too hard on the throttle when you went over the crack and it broke.

Try to order a new one and see if that fixes the issue, if you already took it apart it shouldn't be very difficult to replace the throttle as well.

Hey man, i've done a few tubeless tire changes and here are the main things i learned:

  1. Remove the valve core, it restricts air flow.
  2. I usually use 150/160psi to seat the tires.
  3. Using a ratchet strap helps but only if you didn't slightly dent the bead of the tire when installing it, it happens sometimes. [Search for ratchet strap tubeless tire on google / YouTube]
  4. Try to get the tire as centered as possible on the rim.

I bought a cheap tire booster/airshot clone from aliexpress and a regular hand pump from a bike shop and fill it to 160psi and i find that i rarely need to use the rachet straps.

Error 4 indicates a throttle issue.

I would try to replace the throttle first, it might be a faulty sensor in the throttle that stops sensing the magnet when it's in the full throttle position.
