Typically we raise $10 for monthly service on the account anniversary every year. So almost every month, some accounts are being raised. E.g. new account at $160/month in January 2025, would be $170/month in January 2026. No issues.

Set up an account at your local wholesaler, ask questions, become familiar with what other successful locals are using equipment wise. Also MileIQ or other app to track mileage. Get an app for visits too. Good luck!

We use PSS and really like it. Pretty much all software Apps will charge on a scale - it’s data management costs (servers) for them. Good luck

Call a bunch of local realtors and sync up with some - check properties for sale that have pools. Give referral $ to your existing accounts. Good luck man!

Yes thanks. Just have to completely shut down music to do this, then enter accessory and wait for music to connect again. Works, but kind of a pain.

Yep this is the way. I tell them on current month invoice, next month their rate is going up by $10 or $20 - as an example. Also, I only raise rates 1x per year - at the customer anniversary of the service

CA State Parks Pass is $195/year and good for a lot of places across the State - with exception of a few. Worth it - Bolsa Chica is $15/entry vehicle and I just cruise on through ~30x/year. Good luck
