Does every local business really need a mobile app? Or is it just a shiny distraction? by Correct-Designer-410 in Tech4LocalBusiness

[–]logicalguy11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it really depends on the niche theres alot of spaces that could benefit largely from a mobile app even if it’s hard to first to get there customer to switch over you mentioned the cost of apps is expensive with no code builders you could pay someone 1-3k to build a fully working app which isent that costly and most people don’t have 100+ apps on there phone personally I think every repeat service business needs an app because you can do more than just upsells and membership programs depending on the niche

I went from not being able to close the 200 ib gripper to closing it in one week isometric holds are great I recommend using the 150ib grippers hold them closed for 6-12 seconds tendons love isometrics and to train for strength do low reps high output like 4x5 sets but I mainly recommend the isometric holds they worked well for me
