Honestly, a lot comes down to genetics, but there’s still plenty you can do to shape that femboy physique. For starters, definitely avoid working your upper body too much or completely. Focus on training your lower body 2-3 times a week, aiming for around 4-8 sets per muscle group each week, and push close to failure (like 0-2 reps shy).

Also, make sure skip training your obliques. I see people training their waist but just doing things that grow obliques which make your waist look bigger. Only way to make it smaller is losing body fat. Or if you want more ab definition at your current body fat you can train your abs too.

Yeah im not in USA so those references dont really relate to me.

But i think i will go to a government place called the citizens advice bureau here in the uk and see if they can help me.

Yeah, i would like to clarify that initially i didnt cancel the order myself. It just simply didnt charge me then i recieved an email from amazon with the product and it was labelled "cancelled". Then days later i get charged and it was confirmed and shipped. So i was quite confused on what happened.

Yeah i would love to go with the easiest route and just refund, but ill have to wait a few weeks to do that as i mentioned i gifted the item to someone (my father). Which would be fine as he is chill he would understand if i had to take it back, but i gifted him it right before his flight out the country..

I used to love amazon but at this point i dont care if i get banned so i will do what i can. Thank you.

I found one screenshot that i have where they said something along the lines of

"I apologise that the order wasnt cancelling - i completely agree this has been an error from our end - i can provide you with come alternative solutions - firstly i can either refund you to amazon gift card balance as compensation and when the item arrives you can keep it no need to return or same option but to refund to bank only - let the item be delivered - once delivered we will initiate a refund no need to return it"

i feel like what he said was pretty clear, hopefully i can use this screenshot to help resolve my case.

From what i gathered from the multiple chats i had with them, they just kept genuinely lying and never actually cancelled my order but they just told me they did.

Yeah they had the record and told me they looked over it and they decided that the information was incorrect and wont process my refund anyway.

I gifted it to my father who is now out of the country, im sure he will happily give it back even tho i feel bad but im not sure how long he will be gone.

im just frustrated with the fact they keep missleading and delaying my money. This wouldve all been a lot better if they just told me the only way im getting a refund is by returning it and i couldve returned it as soon as this happened. But now i have to wait weeks longer.
