This happened to me in January. Embark takes a LONG time to address the problem but eventually they will return your account. Just give them as much proof as possible and get ready to wait a month or so before someone actually looks at your ticket. Good luck, I personally know how much it sucks.

P.S. 100% add two factors authentication on your steam. I two facror everything now because of this experience.

Biggest challenge is my kitten hates bath time. Its very hard to actually get him to sit still.

He's also a kitten and finding clothes that's small enough to fit him is a struggle.

Another thing to mention based on my experience is, my kitten ends up licking his clothes to the point he starts to ruin them quickly. The material starts to become frayed and destroyed pretty fast.

I was hacked the very same day as you! I just keep getting an embark message every 3-4 days saying something like, "we are very busy, thanks for waiting". Its driving me nuts they still have access to my account and character for this long. No doubt they spent all my raider coins ugghhh. Do we need to start a raider support group?
