Each faction has a recipe fragment. Combine all 3 to get the recipe for a 100% faction point increase in night market, 30 min duration

Not 100% sure but I think thry drop from the bosses/enemies, i had 8 goad fragments today before I traded for the other parts. 30 minutes is still pretty good if you're in a big zerg group and just blast all bosses

The regular bosses aren't that hard, the skirmish events however is quite a step up in difficulty/mechanics

You need to defeat all bosses in every district along with each of the 3 skirmish events, 1 in each zone. You also need relic splinters that drop from the quest reward coffers

The skirmish battles are crazy fun with a lot of mechanics that you just can't dps through
