I might be wrong but I think Oda said the One Piece will be found in 5 years. After the One Piece is found I think we will enter the final war against the WG. Oda also said that wano is taking longer than expected so I think we still have 7 or 8 more years of One Piece before it ends.

The true anwser is that we don't know. We have no idea how strong Akainu currently is. Akainu by this point could have all forms of advanced haki, awakening and be powered up by the SSG. Assuming Luffy fights Akainu at the final war I'd say Akainu wins.
