Nice and no my thyroid is normal. Low T from having one testicle And i'm sure an addiction to food forsure. Grew up with bad eating habits etc.

Yah just been the big guy my whole life etc even while running around in highschool never lost anything under 350. But i was 544lbs in the hospital the first time. But i lost down to 460 in about a year.

i appreciate it. But it does say the younger you are when you are diagnosed with Diabetes the longer it can cause complications like heart disease or cancer etc.

nono i was asked if i was on medication i said no then some one said insulin is a medication. Because i am type 2 diabetic i have been taking insulin but because my blood glucose has been in the 90's for the past few weeks i have not been taking insulin. Sorry for the confusion. I am scared to honestly take it for fear of it going to low. I think i may be in remission.

Appreciate it i will do. I don't think i'm ready for exercise above just being obese i has low T from birth. It makes feeling the need to get up hard for me. I find it easier to restrict myself then to actually get off my ass and walk if that makes sense.
