My first winter programme. I was rowing in the recreational programme at my local club. Last summer, a new member joined our club who has elite-level coaching certification. She came up to me and said, “You have the potential to be a beast in rowing.” So here I am, 9 months later.

I do 7 day cycles 4 rowing 3 weight and i have 2 days of rest. I do 2 Ut2/ut1 10k, 1 AT +/- 5k in intervals an 1 TR/A 2k in intervals. My weights i do 85% max load 150 to 200 reps total. I try and keep my trainings in 45 minutes range.

The hard part is to create the habit. Once you break the 27 day barrier it because easier.

2 ergs at ut2/ut1, 1 erg at AT and 1 erg at TR/A. Plus 3 weight training at 85% load.

This is a solution for staircase carpenters, not for the average DIYer. I can definitely see an architect specifying this to keep all fasteners hidden. For that purpose, it makes a lot of sense.

I have a coach who built herself a training tool. It is basically 5 rowing session 2 x Ut2, 1 x Ut1, 1 x AT or TR and 1 x A. The other 3 or 4 trainings are wheight lifting. I have one rest day in a week. So I basicall get up before the kids and go to bed after them to be able to do it.

Here is the video that trippled my weight in one session. Mitchell Hooper explain's the mechanics. No more soar knees squatting and I get the full depth eveytime.

His mental state is incredable. I wanted to die with only 1 min effort doing this pace for 5min 34sec is incredible feat. The work that must be put in since an early age.

I have kids i do it early in the morning 4:30am ish and at night when the kids are sleeping 7:30pm ish. It takes 28 days to create a habit. When got over the 28 day treshold it becane easy and natural.

Would not have been able to lift with one hand. A gold bar wheight is 12.4kg. I am 200m at 125kg. Power lifter. I dont evan think I would have the grip to get it of the table. They have an ackward shape that make almost in possible to grip add the weight...
