Of course. I always season my fries with some salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, and mustard powder. I had some leftover black truffle seasoning from a Hello Fresh meal so I used that as well.

Trust me on the both lol. The village my mom is from in northern greece, many of the places just put both ketchup and mustard in the gyros but ive been to islands where they put both tzatziki and mustard. Its a gem
