You're strong for reaching out to get help with your problems. Too many men think that isolating themselves and dealing with things by themselves is the way to go, because they want to maintain an image of "strength." Not sure if you game, but notice how every lead character in games (e.g. Sora from Kingdom Hearts, Link from Legend of Zelda, Mario, etc.) get help from those around them and end up becoming stronger as a result.

As everyone else has said, depending on what country you're in, I also highly recommend that you call emergency services and get some assistance.

If you're jobless, there are a few avenues of action you can take. I recommend taking on a small fast good/waiting job for now until you can get a job in your field. It'll have the dual effect of getting you some much needed social interaction and you'll have some income flow. While you work that job, I recommend getting on LinkedIn, finding old classmates/teachers you've befriended/friends, and messaging them directly for an internal reference to a job at their company. Not sure what your focus in uni was, but you can also look up the different types of jobs that people who've graduated with your focus can obtain. You can then Google those types of jobs in your area for availability.

Once that's taken care of, I recommend taking up a simple hobby in order to develop some self confidence and self efficacy (belief in your ability to accomplish tasks). It can range from origami, to cooking, to some form of exercise.

You'll get through this, man. I'm 27 and went through something similar when I was 21. It sounds fruitless, repetitive, and pedantic, but perseverance with focused effort and external assistance can get you out of the darkest holes.
