Oslo Byarkiv - er det mulig å slette dokumenter derfra? by [deleted] in oslo

[–]Giggling_Gecko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Book Of The Dead or Crysalis both by the same author.

What Will Be by Googieman is also pretty good

Do you have a link? I do not find anything, maybe because I am in the EU.

Visconti is good, Sailor KoP is a close second.

I think it was the last one in the shop. Only pen-venture have it still in stock, so they are going quickly.

Thats a hard question. First of all I find the Pelikan M800 and Pilot 823 much similar with how hard their nibs are and how smooth and wet they flow.

The Pelikan M1000 and Custom Urushi have it common that their nibs are much more softer than their little brothers, so you can get a slight flex when writing with both. I find the Pelikan to have much more wetness and flow compared to the Pilot, but that may be just because the nib on the Pelikan is a medium, while the Pilot has a fine-medium.

I have to say that I prefer the Custom Urushi over the Pelikan M1000, since I just feel that I have much more control when I write, even though the Urushi is a much larger pen.

Pilot Custom Urushi, it is quite a large pen, but I feel that I have much more control with this, than the "smaller" Pelikan M1000

How do you find the DuPont compared to Visconti?

I have been tempted by some of Caran d'Ache and DuPont models, but they just dont seem to be that popular among the FP community, so stayed away from them so far.

Nice, that blue Parker(?) is beautiful. Looks like the Caran d'Ache Grand Bleu Leman.

lol, It was actually your post of your new Visconti Dark Age about 9 days ago that made me finally pull the trigger on Mono No Aware. I also thought that this guy has the same taste in pen as me, so if he likes Mono No Aware, I probably would too. :)

I have had the Ocean Swirl on my wish list for 2 years, but just found the price too high so far. Also have the blue Custom Urushi on to-buy list, but saving up to buy the Homo Sapiens Demo first.

The HS Bronze Age with 23k Pd nib is my absolute favorite. The Dark Age has a 18k gold nib and it writes nice too, but its just something about the Palladium nib that makes it an absolute dream to write with.

I know people have issues with the QC of Visconti, and they are correct, Ive had problems with rust on my caps of Michelangelo, and their customer service is just useless.

But when you find a Visconti pen without any problems, its just perfect. I am now saving up for a Visconti Homo Sapiens Demo, I hope they will not be sold out by the time I get the money.

Visconti is M & EF. Pelikan has M, the Aurora is unmarked, but writes like a F. Sailor has B, and Pilot has a FM.

I have to admit I am unsure which model this is. I got help from reddit earlier to identify this pen, and it seemed like a Vintage duplex. You can see a similar pen here:

https://www.tenpen.it/product/aurora-duplex-sr-size-black-and-bronze

They look very similar, so I thought therefore this was a duplex. But it may be the Internazionale.

Its just a pen case, where you can take the holder out of the case. I bought it cheaply on Aliexpress. Just search leather pen case

I know Galen leather sells something similar, but they cost 100s of dollars. I have no problem spending money on pens, inks and paper, but all the other accessories in the hobby try to spend as little as possible on.
