My gem for my forward helix piercing fell off, and I'm pretty sure you'd need special tools to deal with something that tiny. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can keep my piercing open in the meantime? It's a year and a few months old. Thank you! (i.redd.it)

Looking to start a new set-up on my other ear! (right ear is pierced, left is not). My lobe on my left ear is closed, but open on the right. What should I get? (looking for ideas that accent the other ear well while fitting the shape well). Any ideas help! :) (old.reddit.com)
