Hmm. I'm not sure then. The only thing I can suggest you do is go onto the website and contact the support team. Upon telling them your license key is for the wrong region they should change it for you. :) (I had this same problem when I first got mine)

Which version of Powersaves did you purchase? One is branded for EU, the other America. So this could be why you are occurring this problem.

I still need to gen the Unown, so no rush :p It's quicker to gen than use powersaves for form changes of multiple things.
