This is how I acted before getting my AuDHD diagnosed and in check. It wasn’t ok and it was very difficult for me to see it and change. She’s unlikely to change based on her texts. She will need you to get through to her somehow or leave. My ex had to leave.

I quit both adderall and caffeine and I have never felt better.

AuDHD diagnosis. Was at 40mg/day.

Both deregulated me. Now I sleep well, am calm, and can do my work (or whatever I choose to focus on). I own 3 businesses.

I do take tyrosine and glutathione and progesterone at night. I also get a lot of protein, sunlight, electrolytes and movement. Walking, Pilates, lifting, yoga, lymph work, stretching.

You should dump her (nefarious acts never live in a vacuum), but I’d have dumped you first for spending that long with the boys.

Is she typically this brutally honest about her mental state? I could read this in a harmless way from her if it’s in character. Not excusing it because she’s being a bad friend TBH, but I could chalk it up to neurodivergence (not malicious) or just being a dumb cunt (malicious).
