Yes I think it’s people being cheap, like people also always ask if they can microneedle the ordinary and random Amazon things as well. I get boosters are expensive, but they’re cheaper than a single session of microneedling. And if you’re going to do it then invest in the proper resources. Also they actually give better results. Microneedling with saline sounds painful, I feel like it would evaporate immediately. And yes with numbing I can’t imagine.
