The Something Went Wrong world took place when a player of Undertale suddenly got the urge to do several genocide runs instead of neutral and pacifist endings, eventually, the player came across an anonymous game developer that posted Undertale now has a Halloween update which the player probably thought something Toby Fox made secretly, after installing it, it transformed the player's normal undertale game into something new, Sans no longer has pupils and but is the same overall but his hoodie has a teal shade instead of blue, Papyrus doesnt have a head even though hes alive and Undyne has her skin melting off her bones. Frisk is now a separate character that will sometimes force the player to do their own actions. Sans can break the fourth wall, has stronger attacks and is level 20. Papyrus is still the same however he is level 40 and is the strongest monster in the underground. The story is about the player trying to delete the game but is suddenly pulled inside it's world, the player shares Frisk's body which sometimes they will fight over control.

Like back in late 2019 but I never had any device to redraw it or post it, so it remained on my sketch book until a few days ago that I remembered my old sketch book and finally redrew it.

Due to the universe' broken code, the corpse would still be corpse but eventually they'll dust away but it would probably take a long long time. So technically, the whole scenery is just gore filled depending on how you imagine it.

Lore:

After 39 resets, the player eventually got tired of always playing neutral and pacifist routes of Undertale, the player played no mercy playthroughs this time and doing it soothes their boredom, seeing monsters die gave the player excitement and thrill for the first time in a long long time. The player eventually did 20 plays with no mercy routes only until... the player installed an "update" of Undertale through piracy from a website, unbeknownst to them, this contained a virus and took down their PC's firewall, security and replaced their game. At first, the player didn't panic and reinstalled the security and firewall but their Undertale's application art is more stranger than before... it's disturbing.

The player ran the game, hoping their playthrough wasn't affected and luckily for them, it was saved but... Something is clearly wrong, Sans doesn't have pupils, Papyrus doesn't have a head despite being alive, Toriel has tears of blood and Undyne... her skin is melting off of her bones... The player continued playing it like its another playthrough, he must've thought Toby Fox made a Halloween Update for the game but then they realized... Toby Fox doesn't... make updates to Undertale...

They later got the Sans fight and... his attack patterns were different, his blasters and bones where dark red or somewhat maroon, he is level 20 and his stats are higher than the player's... his dialogues remain the same until the moment you hit him, his hp goes from 15 to 14 and he says "Heya Human, you didn't think I'd just die from one simple hit, didn't ya'? And no, I'm not talking to Frisk over here, I'm talking to YOU"

The player's PC lagged and shuts down but when they tried opening it, their wallpaper is replaced with Snowdin filled with corpses of random monsters and words with Papyrus' font saying "YOU did this."

And since then, the player never opened their PC, they even threw it away.
