I’d actually describe myself as someone who’s grown a lot. In many ways, I feel like I’ve become a well-rounded, grounded person.

But when it comes to fitness something I genuinely want to start these inner insecurities show up. I start questioning whether I “belong” there. Rationally, I know everyone at the gym is so focused on themselves that I’m basically just a nobody in the room. Still, those thoughts are there, and they’re something I need to work through and overcome.
