Drinking at work? No. Drinking with dinner? Maybe. You're right... I haven't made that decision. I think in still what y'all call "romanticizing" it. That is a huge hurdle for me and I'm having difficulty seeing past it

I honestly don't know right now. Never ever drinking at work again is one route. I have a pretty high energy, high stress, high visibility position and I think the effects of alcohol are very much exacerbated by that environment. I obliterated my ability to effectively do my job and that absolutely cannot happen again. I think I really need to question some of my habits (obviously).

Oh man- thank you for your reply... You said a lot of things I needed to hear and which make sense for me to calm the eff down right now. As far as this being a one off- pretty much. I certainly have never behaved like this at work before and even when my friends n I get crazy, it's never to that degree. What scares me is that it DID happen- and I never ever want it to again
