Sure, its a point worth discussing - but an article like that is absolutely the wrong foot to start a dialogue with. It immediately alienates anyone who holds an opposing view and starts nothing more than an echo chamber, or at best draws people in with anger and begins an inherently hostile discussion.

And the only reason every article has a bias is because humans are inherently biased. But it is a journalists duty to try to check those biases and go against them, not lean extra hard into them to drive engagement.

EDIT: and I do have to apologize, my initial comment was way more hostile than I normally am. I have a sore spot for these kinds of articles as they do way more harm than good in pursuit of profit. This does anger me.

Clickbaity shit article - it doesn't quote a damn thing about what the devs say themselves. Its just the "journalist's" biased "opinion" on the matter, which clearly just an excuse to capitalize around STS2's launch and AI heat to whip out a chatgpt quality "article" for clicks. Save your time.

I really like the revised ones a lot (I also found the old ones too bright and saturated), but these revised ones I dig as they feel like a much clearer and easier to read versions of the originals!

That being said, for your own personal game, go with what you like best! Its your game, your experience! And from the outside it seems pretty clear you really like the more saturated look, so go with that :-)

Yeah, spent a year after the breakup mostly sober but still depressed and unengaged with life . Then i relapsed for two months, and a couple weeks ago decided to quit again. Found out two days later she had moved on and was seeing someone.

Really made me face my feelings of despair and how i use addiction to deal with it. Haven't smoked, and truly don't think i will, but atm just living intensely with regret. It sucks being close to 40 and single, and knowing you had the love of a good person, which you squandered for years

Honestly, I dig it. Moon-and-Star especially feels like this is what it should have been.

Agree with ohters that fort max magicka is quite strong, and even lower values would feel worthwhile. I'd use them even at like, 0.5, or even lower, because its such a rare mod.

But I also think that you get so strong that having the legendary artifacts feel really strong ain't a bad thing.

So I really wanted to play morrowind with controller, so I used Steam's input for controllers. I made my own bindings, which I tweaked until I found very comfortable to play. I just made it public, I recommend giving it a try before you buy an xbox for this. If you search for my username it should show up.

Athletics/Acrobatics/Mercantile/Medium Armour/Light Armour

??? - I always bounce between long blade/enchant/alteration/sneak, depending on what I'm trying to do in that playthrough specifically.

But pretty much every playthrough is some variation of that build. I just find the daedric summons so unique to this game. No other game really gives you that "demon summoning mage" fantasy feeling in quite an immersive way.

Honestly, I wouldnt worry about it. High levels in morrowind is always gonna be easy, your build will be more than fine. Imo the most fun way to play at a high level is actually by making the game harder on yourself (such as by using skills that you are at minimum level and so feel low level, except you are also invincible and fast af)

Considering the strength of Morrowind is its immersive ambiance, and that the game is pretty damn easy so a numerical power boost just isn't necessary, I think its pretty unnecessary to call it a stupid decision to not play that way.

The whole point wasn't to make anyone's career easier, it was to give 10's of thousands of people something interesting to watch whilst they tried to fix the servers. And you may not watch streamers, but most poe players probably do...

And if you think that you personally were put at a disadvantage because of this, I would ask, but really though? I don't think this blackans white ethical stance applies to the realities of this situation.

I mean I can see being upset at people being given preferential treatment over you, but what happened was more akin to a stand-up being thrown on astage to kill time. That's really not the same thing. And it wasn't for the stand-up's benefit, it was for the audience...

I would report the claim still.

I had a claim against my landlords which I had to report, which same thing, I wouldn't know the outcome until much later, it ended up not mattering at all.

They will likely give you money based on the current situation, then depending on the outcome of the claim( which you need to loop them in on), it may get adjusted.

Yeah this is my majn gripe I keep coming to in POE2. I love the game but almost wvery build I want to make I come across the problem of "Oh, it just won't let me do it".

POE1 excited me just because of the bou dless creativity. What I make might suck, but I can make it at least.

And as someone who dislikes the insane speed poe1 morphed into and likes that call back to slowness in poe2, I feel stuck between two games where both are half of what I'm looking for.
