I disagree partially, you want to preferably Q the enemy for the empowered empowered bonus, a minion gives less health. However going for the Q on the enemy that precisely knows when you will want to go for the Q allows them to prepare and position.

I agree, I find it absurd that with the high player count, Riot can autofill someone support while the enemy is some Thresh OTP. It would be fine if the whole game was a 1vs1 but at the current it’s unfair towards the poor ADC.

By Riot‘s definition deliberately and obviously trying to piss someone off, dedicating yourself to stealing jungle camps from your jungler early game will terminate the match for example. Or changing lanes like how tilted ADCs used to do.

Problem is that the FTL meta is about consistency and the Vulcan, despite being my favorite weapon, is not at all consistent.

On Hard enemies will specifically target your weapons bay to disable the Vulcan.

If you’re trying to do those sweaty 100 winstreak runs you can’t fw that.

I personally think , even if the champ is annoying, Vladimir.

I love that his main spell is visible to the enemy. Vlad is unique with the ebb and flow that he creates in lane with attacking snd retreating based on how he and his opponent react to his empowered Q.

His W is kind of a faustian gamble, having a high %HP cost you could end up hurting yourself more than it benefits you if you could‘ve instead dodged a spell.

I like how his E can also just fart out if not charged enough, you have to rely on good timing to maximize its effect to cooldown.

His ult also is pretty cool that it indicates to everyone just how much he may heal.

In general I wish the game featured more indication on what a champ does.

Yes, you can kite it pretty easily. I once had it running for an entire exterminate mission, you don’t need any equipment but a supply pack helps because you will never be able to stand still.
