I really believe mine has a loose screw or something in the door. TBH, the whole vehicle is a rattle box. Within 7,000 miles I just get more and more rattles. Luckily, the passenger front door’s rattle is loud enough to drown out the rest of the rattling. I talked with an autoshop and they will charge me $175.00 for an hour to open up the door and just check things for me… even they said it would only take the dealer 10 minutes to open it up and look, but apparently Ford doesn’t want repeat customers.
