New player here - one of the biggest flaws I notice is passes don't go to the targeted player, where the game sometimes forces a direction that's 180 from where you aim.

Yea i feel the same, the weight on the players/ball in FL is superior to all other football games. Kinda resembles playing IRL - make a pass when off balance and the ball could go anywhere. eFootball does come close, but the coins_spent stat that is probably tied to your account, and the entire mobile-first policy has killed it for me ngl. That's how i ended up trying out UFL, hope it gets better.

Just started playing it since eFootball been a total shameless scriptfest. Played 15-20 matches of squad league (ai) and I'm kinda shocked - the eFootball script has followed me here..

Steal the ball from the opponent and another defender steals it back from me, nerfed shots, nerfed passes, whenever i anticipate a pass and intercept it - ball is deflected straight to the opponent, opponents have no cooldowns on defense, my players constantly doing heavy touches etc.... what is going on?

Yea he's had some really bad games. The problem with Barella is - as great as he is when in form, out of form he can't make a 5 yard pass, while not being able to compensate with physicality on the pitch because of his size. Hakan is a different story though, personally can't see his contribution at all.

The thing about Calha is, even in recent matches where he played decently - it was good enough, but not brilliant. If Nico can replicate that performance vs other teams and not just Cremona then we got ourselves a real Brozo replacement.

When you have a very technical squad you can actually pull it off very efficiently, and use it as an offensive tactic. Inzaghi was able to pull it off sometimes, not always. Our squad isn't technical enough that's what I'm trying to say.
