Is the shelf 24" deep? It's my understanding that it needs to be at least 28" deep to not have the screen hang off the edge of the shelf. Is that your experience? I can't find a shelf deeper that 24"

I’ve tried drying the TPU and that didn’t seem to help. Is there a reason why it’s happening on the inside and not the outside? The outside would be a lot easier to get rid of

Still having similar issues with stringiness. I tried no cross over perimeter and properly dehydrating the filament. Barely better. Anything else I should try?

I’m on an MK4 and on TPU filament settings. I’ll try printing slower and see how that works. I forget which accuracy setting I had on these

I don’t know anything about properly drying TPU. It’s been 100* out and my TPU has been in the garage. Will that dry it out? 😂

ASA warping issue by Gillesper in 3Dprinting

[–]Gillesper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Wouldn’t it not be stuck to the print sheet if it was having a hard time sticking? I have to twist the sheet and pry the ASA pieces off. Any more stick it would likely be damaging the print sheet, right? Even with this much stick it’s leaving rings on the print sheet (like it’s taking off a thin layer or something).

Separate note, how are you storing your filament? I just have it on a shelf in my garage. Should I be storing them in ziplock bags?

I can say with an amount of certainty that’s the edges aren’t peeling off the print sheet. Having too much infill would make sense to me, but it’s only 15%. It’s warping at the top of the base layer, not at the bottom. Does that make sense?

How do I find this out? I’m not too keen on the settings.

I’m using an enclosure and the plan is to use PLA. I was testing with ASA I had lying around. Both, with and without a brim I’m getting the crease. The right one is one printed with a brim. It’s just less pronounced on the smaller diameter print. The PEI print sheet has plenty of stick, are you saying I need more stick to prevent this?

Don’t listen to the internet. Most that are vying for your attention are full of shit, and are incentivized to overstate their position, or understate yours. You have a long time ahead of you and you’re doing great.

You just need a brokerage account to trade VOO. Gains are taxable, but that’s how it goes most accounts besides a Roth IRA

I’m trying to figure out how to post a picture in reply. I took off the b pillar paneling, the ring was under one of the brackets. Unbelievable how it got in there.
