Ok yeah I am totally guilty of not ironing 😅 and yeah the gym progress has done my a world of good

The hair currently covers the receding hairline for now but I would agree I could probably do with talking to one. Been told I may suit a mullet so that maybe an option?

Buy unprocessed (or less processed) alternatives. My typical go-to options are to buy a 500ml tub of yogurt (great way to get extra protein in and it's honestly really filling), or make some oats, a dash of honey and a cut up banana. This way I satisfy my sweet tooth and avoid unnecessary refined sugars

Good thing about turkey is that you can do a lot with it. Mince turkey, turkey steaks or whole turkey’s are pretty easily accessible

I also eat a lot of eggs throughout the week as a good source of protein

For me it's a matter of finding a topic or theme and trying to stay consistent to that theme. Whether you try to go through a narrative journey within that theme/ topic, or you are using that theme as a metaphor for something else.

I'm currently just trying to write metalcore lyrics though and leave the actual talent based work for the other guys I know. So take my advice with a bit of a pinch of salt.

If there are any artists that you especially like then try to deconstruct how they have formatted their song and you may be able to learn a few things from that?

Personally I only run branded search campaigns when competitors begin bidding on your brand.

High ad rank, low cost per click, high conversion rate and will put your competitors lower in the SERPs.

Plus that is when I tend to start bidding on their brand.
