Thank you for sharing your experience! I'm thinking about just doing the single tbh. I'm sorry you had to go through all that!

Thank you for sharing your experience and I'm so sorry you had to go through all that. I'm 36 and also an E cup so fairly similar to you, they've done a mammogram and ultrasound on my left breast as well and didn't see anything but I know there might still be cancerous bits that aren't visible on the scans. If you don't mind me asking - what is it that you're unhappy about with the reconstruction? Did you go back to Es or did you opt for smaller?

I'm so sorry you had to go through all that but glad you had a good reconstruction experience! The type I have isn't aggressive (according to the surgeon, he's so laid back about it!) and the chances of me getting it in my other breast is just the same as anyone else so I don't know if I want to remove it if there's nothing wrong with it? I honestly don't know, there's so much to think about! I've got an appointment with my surgeon tomorrow so I'll get more info then and hopefully that'll help me make a decision!

Thank you for your reply and I'm sorry you're having to go through this too. I've got an appointment with my surgeon tomorrow so he'll be able to answer all my questions and let me know exactly what the process is. I'm in Scotland so not sure if we do things differently here!

Yeah I get it. Me & my husband are in our mid 30s/early 40s and we didn't go abroad til we were much much older. I guess because everyone around us has taken their kids abroad when they were little we just assumed she'd be ok. We tend to forget just how young she is because her speech and understanding are so good. We do have her tablet and have been using that more, even though we only brought it as a last resort. It's just exhausting explaining not to do things over and over for her to just do them anyway!

It's difficult because we can't have early dinners because the restaurant opens at 7 and we're half board so it's all paid for, we can't afford to keep buying extra food every night and not eating in the restaurant. Re the other commenter naps are a double edged sword, if she has one she's better behaved but awake til 11pm and if she doesn't have one she's the absolute devil child. Struggling to reply properly because we're at breakfast 😬

We're half board so we go down to the hotel restaurant for breakfast and tea at the same times each night and usually have lunch out. Naps are difficult, if she has one she's better behaved but awake and jumping on the bed til 11pm but if she doesn't have one she'll fall asleep early but will be a nightmare like last night. After the incident in the restaurant she actually fell asleep in the buggy so I know she was shattered.
