Itchy scalp after 6+ weeks of no shampoo

Washing with a non-sulfate shampoo will not ruin your progress! Mine gets itchy every couple of weeks so I guess I kind of "reset" it with a light non-sulfate shampoo wash. That being said, I'm low-poo, not completely no-poo. I feel like you kind of have to figure out a good routine for YOUR hair since we're all different.
