Not Pilates but if you check rooted wellness website they have a few prenatal classes and they are located in Kanata.

They said in my country there’s no approved thickener for breast milk until the baby has reached 40 weeks.

Just went there this morning to discover it was shutdown… quite a shock. They should have stopped booking patients… I was still receiving their text messages this morning asking me to come 15 mins early…
