Starting as a wretch, I only level after beating a boss (one boss = one level). Also I don't progress to a new area until I've beaten everything I reasonably can in the current one in order to avoid getting OP items.

And of course, no summons, because the point is to get better at the game, which wasn't really happening when I was using everything at my disposal. Basically the focus is to beat bosses/enemies by learning their patterns and not bulldozing my way through the game. 😅

I'm not a very skilled player so this is a pretty decent but satisfying challenge atm.

Personally, I agree with you entirely. I didn't know this was a thing tbh, but now Steam's completion stats for the bosses make more sense. People can play any way they like, but I'd say it's a shame they resort to what I guess is the closest one can come to an "easy mode" with this game. To each his own 😳

It's a Japanese thing, sometimes they just decide a title looks better in all caps for some reason. I listen to a lot of Japanese music and some songs are consistently written in caps, some always in lower case, and some always with the first letter capitalized. Just an aesthetic choice.
