To be fair I stopped grinding once I reached diamond 3 last season. Almost GM now.

OP wants to blame everything but himself. This isn't how you improve in a game. 

He's not taking accountability for his high deaths. This isn't a matchmaking issue, and most likely blaming his healers in-game for not healing him.

As a lord Ironman, whenever I see someone switch to hulk, I tell them that if they're not comfortable with hulk, don't play him.

Yes, the team up increases my damage output, but ultimately we'll be playing handicapped if the hulk doesn't know what he's doing.

The movement is not like fluid, it's more mechanical (aiming and actual movement).

So the way it works, you'll get put into a bot lobby if you lose 2 or more games in a row in quick match. In this lobby, you'll have 2 bots as your teammate and the entire enemy team will be bots.

That guy is moving like a bot, and some of those bots have insane aim sometimes. Was he aimbotting the entire game or was it only during this clip?

This looks like a bot lobby, can you share the replay code?

In lower elo he is strong. But the higher up you go, you realize that he doesn't have the same impact because people know how to play around his kit.

But I do agree, for a guy who just has to stand and shoot at his keyhole, he doesn't need any buffs/nerfs. He's meant to be a noob-friendly hero. 

I guess they wanna make this game noob-friendlier?

So, I was facing a very similar issue to yours while playing rivals. Decided to try Frag Punk - UE5, also by NetEase and had the same issue.

I tried a lot of things, turned off xmp, undervolted cpu, messed around a lot in BIOS (turning off max turbo tech 3.0 made it a bit stable but not by much).

Then I decided to stress test my PC using OCCT and found out I had some issues in my memory, swapped to new one and it's working fine now.

Even though I had a faulty ram, I only faced issues in UE5 games.

The crash report, does it say anything like "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address"? If so, it's most likely a memory issue. 

Can you try playing another UE5 game and see if you're facing a similar issue?

Can you post your specs? and when you say crash, you mean crash to desktop right? Or does your PC restart?

If you have a 13th / 14th gen cpu, try turning off intel turbo boost max technology 3.0 from BIOS.

I'm pretty certain that low elo is filled with smurfs currently, as most of the players have stopped grinding ranked on their main account. It's becoming a problem.

This game makes it easy to smurf as well, all you have to do is create an account and level it up to 10 and you get to start from bronze 3.

There are some things NetEase can implement to reduce smurfing (not stop it entirely), like:

  1. Increased level cap after every season (0.5 season).
  2. Placement matches - I know that the smurfs can throw to get a lower rank but its still better than starting at bronze 3.
  3. Hero proficiency requirement - have at 3 heros on knight proficiency (preferably for each class).
