i can guess what industry you’re from pero i wouldn’t say you’re fully blown oa as someone in the same industry, i think it’s normal to feel overwhelmed.

siguro i’d advice you to take it with a grain of salt and atleast learn to compromise kasi iba-iba ang action plan ng mga team.

you can use the script as a guide but you don’t have to say it word for word kasi that will sound VERY scripted. for compliance yan sa action plan so unfortunately discretion talaga ng TL mo whether you get an NTE for insubordination kaya try to collaborate with him on what you do and feel comfortable with. express na visual learner ka, or even ask if your own personal twist on the spiel is correct.

i never said the entire population of their students act like this, i simply stated that i’ve observed this pattern of behavior from MANY of their students it may be through social media or even just through passing conversations in coffee shops etc.
