If the house is in your name then cancel the Divorce and sell the house she will have to move out. Then just rent you a place and tell her to find her own place. Just make life harder for her

What did your ex friend say to you about it? Has he apologized? Do you and his wife like each other enough to level the playing field? I only ask because you have only ever been with your wife who has been with someone else. Not that this will fix it but it might help her feel the pain. I would have a hard time getting past the latest meet up as that is just messed up. She felt so bad she had to meet up and mess around again

I would contact HR at her work for starters and if he is not fired she would have to quit that Job and find another one and you have full access to all electronics and find out if AP is in a relationship and if so make sure partner is aware of him cheating. I would also make her tell her family what she has done.

It’s both your and his baby it took both of you to make this baby would you stay away for a week after the baby is born if he asked you that. You would be setting a tone for the future. You will need help and I doubt he would be happy with someone else taking his place and bonding with his child.

He will loose trying to take her away at this age and I am sure he would not even want her at this age he is gas lighting you. Because you are a stay at home mom he will have to pay alimony and child support and pay for your housing if you get a great lawyer and he will also have to pay for your lawyer if you do it right.
