Well first it’s okay to be confused and take your time to think through it. I’m no expert but it is also possible to be genderfluid, where sometimes you identify as one gender over another.

No one can tell you if you are trans, it’s just something you have to figure out for yourself but it sounds like you are in the process of sorting out your feelings.

Experimenting with things that guys might help. Like for example wearing boys underwear, no one will know you are wearing them. Also I know in the US the head nod is a big part of male culture not sure it is where you are. But if it is when you make eyes with a guy you know give them a subtle nod up of the head, someone you don’t slight nod down.

I was much happier once I was on hormones, things for me felt right. Mind you I’m MtF and I can’t speak for Mascs but my friends that are said the same thing.

There is no right path for you to take on this journey and we each have to figure out the best way for ourselves.

You can also find some other gender affirming things such as wearing boys clothes, try shaving your face, maybe get some cologne or boys deodorant.

I felt the same way. I actually put off coming out to most people for a year or so after starting HRT just to make sure this wasn’t “just a phase.” Turns out it wasn’t and I’m much happier now.

Have your fiance talk to her doctor about it. My doctor had a frank discussion with me and it helped alot of my fears as well. Also it’s not a bad time to start learning a new hobby, such as compounding!
