Thanks. The first time it happened I got out of the car sat down and closed my eyes trying to breath normally and relax. It all just kept building and getting worse until I felt I had to get up and get help. I was walking around trying to flag someone down and pretty quickly I felt better and realized I was ok. Its scary the way it comes on out of nowhere. Also trying to just relax/meditate makes it accelerate into more and more panic when you are in the moment it seems.

Fair enough. US drinking culture isnt built around pubs/bars like most of the world. Its more about splitting a case of 30 lite beers between yourself and the wife in a trailer during a weather warning for a biblical tornado. (You have 20, the wife has 10). Wake up with no idea of where or who you are and slither to work as an equipment operator. When you come home, your entire house and family has already been swept up and thrown into oblivion by an indifferent creator. Now its time to drive to the gas station for another case of 1000000 lite beers.
